Kerchanshe is the owner of the Anasora farm Guji highlands of Ethiopia. He used an experimental processing method combining raised-bed drying in a shade with in the Sun.
Most coffees are organic by default. Organic compost is common, pruning less common. The ripe cherries are handpicked by family members of farmers.
