The Miners Bakery is our flagship — where coffee and food come together properly. Set inside Fragment, one of Prague's most striking contemporary buildings near Invalidovna, this is where we bake. Every pastry on the counter comes from the kitchen right here. A go-to for brunch in Prague, with a crowd that knows what it's doing: locals, freelancers, people who treat Sunday morning like it deserves a plan. THE KITCHEN HQ The bakery and the kitchen sit in the same room as the bar. This is the headquarters of The Miners kitchen — where the brand chef works, where every new dish gets tested before it hits the rest of the network. What you eat here, you eat first.
