Valencia has one now. The Miners França stands on an avenue named after a railway that no longer exists — in the nineteenth century the tracks ran along this line to the port and north out of the country, the fastest way from Valencia into the rest of Europe. The street itself went up in the nineties, alongside the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències a few minutes away, so everything here is deliberate, recent and full of light. Coffee, matcha and brunch every day, from the morning.
