The Miners Oud-West is our Amsterdam debut — and it landed in exactly the right neighbourhood. Steps from De Hallen and Foodhallen, surrounded by independent shops, studios, and the kind of streets people actually want to spend time on. Light ash wood throughout — bar, shelving, furniture — all warm and considered. Oversized paper pendants hanging low over round tables, a curved communal centrepiece, a striped tile window bar, plants doing their thing. The back room is quieter, moodier. A small terrace out front and bikes flying past.
