The Miners Sauceda marks our arrival in Seville — a city of extraordinary beauty, deep history, and a coffee culture that runs on its own unhurried terms. Tucked on Calle Sauceda in the historic centre, off the bustle of Calle San Eloy. Long and light, with a green-tiled bar and matching wall panelling running the full length of the space. A warm oak counter shelf, round backlit mirror, pale terrazzo floor. Deeper inside, globe pendants hang over dark wood tables and rattan chairs. Specialty coffee, brunch, and the particular golden light that makes this city unlike any other.
