This exceptional coffee is crafted by the dedicated Restrepo Family in Chinchiná, Caldas. Elmer Restrepo, the farm owner of El Jardin, embarked on his coffee journey nearly 40 years ago, starting with the dry milling process of coffee. He's known for his meticulous nature and an unending quest for new, innovative, and unique coffee processing methods, which are evident in all the coffees produced on their more than 150 hectares of land in Chinchiná.
