For us, coffee is never just about the effect — it’s about choice.
The same kind of choice you make every morning: what to have for breakfast, what to wear, which film to watch — and, of course, which coffee to brew today.
A clean and delicate cup? A vibrant, punchy ferment? Or a sweet, juicy natural?
We’re happy to share that choice with you.

Inside the Set

Colombia Brayan Smith Geisha

We begin with the purest and most elegant variety — Geisha — a coffee that has captured hearts around the world for many years. This washed-processed lot delivers a delicate, clean cup with a bright aroma and a layered aftertaste. It’s the coffee we couldn’t imagine starting our Colombian journey without.

Colombia Guava Banana

A long-standing favourite in our lineup, now in its third year. This naturally processed lot showcases a round, juicy body, vibrant sweetness, and a long, pleasant finish. It reflects the mastery of Colombian farmers who understand every nuance of natural processing to bring out the best in every bean.

Colombia Lulo Co-Ferment (Luz Helena Salazar x Colombia Reforest)

A bold fusion of two remarkable lots: a clean washed Colombia and the striking, electrifying Luz Helena Salazar, naturally infused with the pulp of the popular lulo fruit. These experimental co-ferments are sparking lively debates across the coffee world — should fruit juices or pulps be used to push the boundaries of flavour? We simply invite you to taste it for yourself — to experience what a “fermented coffee” can be and to explore one of the most exciting trends in specialty coffee today.
