You know filter coffee. Now meet filter cacao. Same approach, completely different world. Kekeli is a single-origin cacao from Togo — a tiny country in West Africa, tucked between Ghana and Benin — grown in the shadow of Mount Agou, where tropical forests and waterfalls shape everything that ends up in your cup. We source and roast coffee. This is the first cacao we've ever brought in — because it deserved it. Brewed like a filter, it opens up into chocolate mousse, a hint of coconut, and a round, creamy finish with almost no bitterness. No milk. No sugar. Just cacao doing something you didn't expect it to do.
